I had a help of my grandmother when learning to knit lace at a very young age without any hint of it being complicated or difficult.
I want you to have the same feeling.
I want to take the fear out of lace knitting and give you the liberty to knit exceptional pieces without resentment. I want you to learn to knit lace as effortlessly as me, without tears or frustration.
You will finish this class feeling confident and positive. You will know the basics and all the ins and outs of lacework. With this course, you will tackle lace once and for all.
"I would highly recommend this lace knitting course, as it helps to upskill and learn a new technique and gain the benefits. You can go at your own pace and instructions were very clear and easily explained. Once you use the lifeline it is easier to keep track and check that your stitch count adds up . Mari-Liis is a great teacher"

Hey! I'm Mari-Liis, owner and instructor on patternduchess.com and I'm here to help you learn knitting without tears!
I was taught to knit at an early age by my lovely grandmother. It’s been 30 years now and knitting with Nana is my fondest memory of my childhood.
Nana often used to say, that knitting should be an interesting and fulfilling experience. Not dull or frustrating. You shouldn’t want to cry and scratch your hair out.
So, my goal here is to make seemingly complicated knitting techniques as simple as possible and give you the necessary confidence to try even the most challenging knitting projects.
